Enerwave is at your disposal for your business needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with the BusinessRepair Service, to offer you immediate technical support in any emergency damage that may occur in your business.
Coverage:
The BusinessRepair Emergency Technical Assistance service covers damages related to:
Locks
Loss or theft of keys, or inoperability or permanent damage of the main entrance lock of the business covered by the service
Electrical Installations
Total failure of the power supply system within the business (e.g. short circuits, surges, lightning induction).
Plumbing Installations
Failure or damage to the plumbing or drainage system, causing water damage inside the business. This damage includes pipeline fracture and the overflowing of water tanks.
Faulty WC bowl or cistern, tub/shower, and wash basin, resulting in complete loss of functionality of the single WC, tub/shower, wash basin or of all the business’s WCs, tubs/showers and wash basins.
Natural Gas Installations
Total failure of the natural gas supply system inside the business, rendering it uninhabitable.
Window Glass
Broken glass of exterior doors or windows rendering the business unsafe against the following risks: burglary or attempted burglary, fire, explosion or extreme weather conditions.
Which is the procedure that I should follow in case of emergency technical damage?
In case of emergency technical damage you should call 2119909096, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, mentioning:
• Meter ID/Code
• Name/Surname
• Your business VAT number.
Once your identification is carried through, a technician from the service network will be dispatched to repair the failure.
Useful information about the BusinessRepair Service
The BusinessRepair Service covers Emergency Technical Assistance Insurance at Business and:
- Covers the technician's commute, labour and materials cost up to €100 per visit.
- Allows you to call a technician to repair damage up to 2 times per speciality and up to 5 times in total during one year of insurance.
- Offers nationwide coverage.
- Applies to new customers who maintain a contract of electricity supply with a Γ21,Γ22,Γ23 meter, as long as they fall into a specific profession group.
Coverages and Exclusions:
The service applies to new business customers and involves specific categories of customers and professions:
- Commercial stores up to 150 m2, employing less than 10 people (owners, shareholders, partners, salaried employees or employees paid by payment receipts or by title deed, etc.)
For example: (clothing stores, flower shops, electrical/electronic stores, pharmacies, hairdressers, beauty services (nails), etc.
- Airbnb accommodations up to 150 m2 employing less than 10 people
- Doctors’ surgeries, law firms, notaries, real estate agencies, insurance agencies, accounting offices, civil engineers offices, architectural firms, advertising agencies, up to 150 m2 employing less than 10 people
- Corporate offices or branches or other premises having lawfully started business activity
- Offices or stores or other establishments that are not health-regulated
- Stores or other premises that are not garages/repair shops
- Stores or other premises not providing in-house technical services
- Stores or other premises not belonging to craft or industry sectors
- Corporate offices or branches or other premises no larger than 150 m2 and which are not below ground
- Corporate offices or branches or other premises employing no more than 10 people (owners, shareholders, partners, salaried employees or employees paid by payment receipts or by title deed, etc.)
The following exceptions shall apply:
• Any food/coffee store etc.
• Large airbnbs & hotels
• Health-regulated establishments (see the Terms of Use for details of health-regulated professions)
• Garages/repair shops
• Occupations providing in-house technical services
• Craft or Industry sectors and/or stores of such businesses
• Corporate offices or branches or other premises larger than 150 m2
• Corporate offices or branches or other premises which are below ground
• Corporate offices or branches or other premises, employing more than 10 people (owners, shareholders, partners, salaried employees or employees paid by payment receipts or by title deed, etc.).
