The Board of Directors of Elpedison SA convened today, March 31, 2025, and accepted the resignation of its CEO, Mr. Nikolaos Zahariadis, who announced his retirement; Mr. Zahariadis will continue to serve as non-executive Member of the Board of Directors. In the same meeting, the Board appointed Mr. Georgios Michos as the new CEO.

Mr. Georgios Michos is already a member of the Board of Directors of Elpedison and has more than twenty years of experience in the industrial sector, having held top management positions in Greece and abroad. He holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

The Executive Chairman and the entire Board of Directors of Elpedison would like to warmly thank Mr. Nikolaos Zahariadis for his many years of outstanding service as CEO, when he successfully led the evolution and growth of the Company, and at the same time wish Mr. Georgios Michos every success in his new duties.
