Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics is a statement of Enerwave’s shared values and the standards of conduct that are expected of each Enerwave employee, third parties and Business partners. It outlines the fundamental ethical principles that govern decisions and behavior at Enerwave and how business is and should be conducted. The principles referenced in this Code, in many instances, go further than the requirements of the law and give specific guidance for handling certain issues in a manner that is consistent with our culture of responsibility, legality, transparency and long-term value creation for all our stakeholders.

Enerwave values honesty, integrity and fairness in all aspects of its business activities and expects these values and ethical behavior to be upheld at all times by all its employees, business partners and stakeholders. 

Enerwave provides the following Whistleblowing portal to its employees, business partners and stakeholders for them to report any unethical behavior, potential breaches of the law or/and its internal Policies and Codes.
